Default EML on, limp mode

Came to start my D3 C70 this morning, and the EML stayed on, drove it round the block, obvious it was in limp mode.

Used my basic OBD2 reader, which came up with 2 codes, P04045 (EGR flow sensor A Circuit low input), and P2413, which I assume is a Volvo specific code.

I erased the EML light, but still in Limp mode.

Apart from the 'get to VIDA', which I intend doing asap, any helpful advice, please?

Wierd, dont have this code on the list of generic->volvo tranlation codes, on neither of my lists

P240A -- ECM-431B -- Leakage diagnostic unit, preheating -- Signal missing
P240B -- ECM-431D -- Leakage diagnostic unit, preheating -- Signal too low
P240C -- ECM-431C -- Leakage diagnostic unit, preheating -- Signal too high
P2414 -- ECM-24C0 -- Front heated oxygen sensor, bank 1 -- Faulty signal
P2415 -- ECM-25C0 -- Front heated oxygen sensor, bank 2 -- Faulty signal
....

google points it to EGR direction though - maybe its just an issue with EGR itself? those seem to be neverending source of problems for D owners.
