Thank you both for the replies.
I'll try and organise someone with a scope. and doublecheck the connectors, although to me it is not likely that they are bad, as the engine runs perfectly while performing that test in Vida. if they where bad, they stay bad.. |

connectors look fine, cleaned them and also cleaned all fuses, without any luck.
Still trying to organise a scope. is there something else I can try in the meanwhile, or I could measure with a multimeter? |

ECU water ingress can be an issue on these cars because of where they are located. This can be known to cause running issues without fault codes.

Do you have any experience with that? I looked at the ecu a month ago, but noticed it was completely seeled. yesterday I was on a 1000km trip, and the car was running fine again.. |

Not personally, but there was a D3/D4 5 cylinder owner who reported the same faults as yourself, hope ou get to the bottom of it!

I have changed those injector connectors to My 2009 d5 V70 because engine run poorly when Cold. Like missfire for a couple of seconds. I replaced them all and it cost roughly about 15€ per cylinder i recall . It worked for me at least.. I had 1 connector visible little darker that the others.
