For the last couple of days

When i turn the key in the ignition i get a tapping noise which sounds like its coming from the glove box!! it only lasts for about 30 secs but its starting to bug me as i don't know what it is!!

Any ideas!

Its probably the heater/blower flap, either the actual blower fan blades catching or its the flap that directs the air around the car - try the fan on different settings and see what happens.

It maybe the air con recirculation switch. Happens with me. Sounds like you are tapping your nails on a hard plastic board?
