Default Whistling

Hi All
Got a problem with a whistling noise coming from passenger front door, all the trim and seals look to be all intact. I've tried taping the door, window up to try and locate it but to no avail. when it rains it stops.
Any ideas?

Does it whistle only while in motion or while stationary with engine on also? Lets rule out odd aerodynamic effects first.

If while in motion only, try taping the wing mirror up/forward in case its bending back under air pressure and making a whistle through the exposed gap on the hinge

If this is the cause I imagine that the presence of a layer of liquid might stop it

Also - are you sure its the door and not the driveshaft, bearing, rubbing brake pads or CV joint on the front passenger side wheel? liquid lubrication in rain might perhaps mask a friction point down there.

use fairy liquid on the black parts of the wing mirrors and rub it in. I recall reading it on here before.
