Hi,

Too good to be true Mo...
You'd be better off with those new Osrams (I think it's Osrams) which output more light..
Something I am considering when funds allow..

Cheers Des..i already got Osram silverstars in both the S60 and the 440..excellent bulbs but i was thinking maybe improve a light output a little ..HID kit was planned may fit that to S60 depending on the legality issues...440 not worth putting HID kit...the Philips extreme power bulbs are like gold dust to find...

Philips bulbs stockists are harder to find. A1 Motorstores, stocks philips bulbs upgrades and I use the Ultra Blue Vision ones, am very happy with the noticeable difference and the asthetic appearance of them. As a result, if you pop into a an A1 Motorstores, they should be able to order you the Philips bulbs you require.

Those bulbs on your link, sound good, but I have never heard of that brand and the entire bulb itself doesn't look too good either, so as mentioned by CTC Network, probably best avoided.

i've tried these cool blue type bulbs in my car before and to be honest i was never impressed...they looked good, but when i was driving down dark country lane, the light coming out of them was rubbish and didn't light up the road as good as my 50% brighter ones. luckily i kept them in the car as spares and pulled over and swapped them over and everything was much better
