v70 t5 service results???

just after some info
i had my 2002 v70 t5 serviced today at volvo
120.000 miles on the clock

i noticed that the brake fluid and coolant and air filter hadnt been changed,
im not sure if it was supposed to be changed?should it of been changed?

and looking on the checklist its showing that spark plugs have not been changed either?

have i just paid nearly 300 pound for a oil change?

they must have given you an invoice, what exactly have they charged for?

I have never paid for a T5 service but for a 2003 V70 D5 I paid approx £360 and £380 for the first two services at main dealers and this covered oil change plus air filter plus oil filter and nothing else except white grease on the hinges and free coffee . My last 10 services I used the main dealer check list and did it myself at a cost of approx £22 each time so total saving so far approx £3400.
