Which LED CANBUS bulb brand work for your XC60?

Hi

Which LED brand has been successful used on a XC60?

I've a 2010 model XC60. The brake light needed changing so I tried the Twenty20 brand CANBUS LEDs from autobulbsdirect. They're giving a dashboard error and also interfering with the DAB - the signal drops everytime I brake or engage reverse.

I've a very early model and newer models had a different infotainment/computer so I'm wondering if that makes a difference?

ps - These problems can be fixed with adding resistors and ferrite cores to each cable but that'll be a pain bearing in mind most people seem to be able to switch to LED without problems.

Welcome to the forum.

Personally I wouldn't bother. Fitting LEDs as brake lights won't give much benefit and seems a lot of hassle.

I'm surprised at 2020 bulbs not working properly though as they have a good reputation and know my Dad has used them on other cars successfully.
