Default XC60 speakers 'sound balancing'

In My18.5 XC60 with B+W audio, the sound is fantastic but I recently realise the 2 rear door speakers are giving out very tinny sound. When i changed the sound balance towards the rear, I can mainly hear the rear ceiling speakers and the 2 rear doors are giving really low volume.

The sound on the door are so weak that I can't hear anything from the rear door tweeters at all and very low sound from the lower door speakers. I cranked up the volume up to 2/3 and its the same. The front speakers are excellent so can anybody confirm if this is normal?

Also welcome stock audio comment! Thanks

Have you seen the comments in this thread https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=293111 ?

In short, with my standard system + sub I find the rear speakers very weak and poor, fade towards the back and the sound immediately looses all body. Surprised this is the case on the BW.

i just read the post and yes i believe there are some problems with the speakers set up. I mean whats the point of having the B+W rear door speakers when you cant hear them? Im due for a service in April, I will ask for a check up...
