Question 87 740 GLE Wiper fluid problems...

My problem is a lame, LAME question:
You see, my 1987 740 GLE Turbo Intercooler recently started to shoot (is there a more technical term, I don't know, hehe...) wiper fluid from only one of the nozzles. From time to time a small dribble will seep out of the other one when I pull the lever, but only rarely. This wouldnt be that big of a problem except that as of now only the small portion of my windshield which is slighty right of center (if you are in the car) is actually getting fluid directly, the rest relies on the wipers to spread it around. So, that portion of my windshield is very clean, but the rest remains dirty. I pull out the glass cleaner every once in a while, but I miss the days when I could just pull on the lever on the steering column and have my windshield spotless.

Does anyone recognize the problem or know how to fix the spray?
