I think I'll see if I can contain my spending and just keep an eye on the 'bay over the next few months for the correct rear lights. I've got quite a lot of modding/repair to do to the rear splitter before I fit it anyway.

I'm so chuffed with the new look! I can't get over the difference just teh front bumper makes!

Another bonus is I just phoned swiftcover insurance and she made a list of what I've changed, but said it won't affect my insurance premium at all!!

I made sure she had it down very clear though that I had changed the front and rear bumpers and lights to those of a 2008 R-Design model. Just to make sure it's completely transparent! Nice to know I don't have to pay a penny more!

In the event of a repair the bumper would go back to standard though. I can live with that!

Great work! Looks really good.

Thought you may like to see the only mod I have made to my 2010my R Design V50 2.0d - an 'R' badge sourced from eBay for around £9. Simple but adds a little extra IMHO!

Reg,

I saw these too on ebay, blue/yellow or red and black I think - looks good and compliments the R design well.

Or you could source some prancing moose stickers which are a nice slant on the Ferrari emblem!

One step closer to the face-lift.
The front fog grilles came yesterday thanks to Mike at FRF Volvo.
I'm just waiting for some bumper filler to arrive to fix some stone chips and any other minuscule imperfections before painting.....when will the waiting end before I start! Hopefully this weekend will be a filling and priming weekend..who knows.
I sold an S40 front bumper and I now have funds for a cheapo dateless plate....

Ben, did you fit your fog grilles ?

£14.38 each and £2.99 for delivery, from order to items in my hands, took about 2 days :-)
