Hi all.
I can’t see this relay in that position on my V70R P2. Nothing link that in that area bar the plug to the actual fan.

the relay disappeared many years ago , all there is now is an electronic control unit on the fan itself , a power supply on the thick wires and a thin signal wire going to the engine ECU to control it ..

If the fan is always on, then I would first check the coolant temp sensor and A/C pressure sensor readings if accessible.
If the reading is anything beyond what ECU considers normal then the fan will be set to always on to avoid possible AC or engine overheating.
