Is that the end section which bolts to the chassis rail? IIRC the left side chassis member has a towing eye bolted to it which I had to remove to fit my tow hitch. The towing eye was secured by four bolts which bolted into captive nuts within the chassis member. The right side chassis member had the same four holes with the nuts within but didn’t have any bolts in so the threads needed to be cleaned before inserting the securing bolts. There were three holes in each side of the tow hitch which matched three of the holes in the chassis members. I put two spare bolts in the unused holes on the chassis rails just to keep the threads clean.
The tow hitch was bought new from P.F.Jones and came with the required six securing bolts but I cannot remember the size or length. Whatever size matches the threads within the chassis member and long enough to be fully into the chassis member threads once tightened up. ( 102 Nm according to my supplier. )
Ian.
