New 2 me V70
After a while in an E39 i am back in a volvo, 2008 v70 d5 auto, a superb low mile seviced every 3/4k miles in lovely blue. A bit lacking in spec but fine for its primary purpose, 400/600 miles a week up and down the various motorways.
I have a few questions Can i get a full size spare alloy in the well? 245/50/17 i think What will it tow braked? Cambelt interval? last owner says the bloke he bought it from has assured him it was done. I will try and verify from the dealer stamps in the book This car has the same style wheels as i need, what is the name of this style? anybody want to sell one?https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2008-Volv...0AAOSwaP5cklaj Thanks for now |

There’s a set of those wheels on eBay. Didn’t sell at £150, just been re-listed.

Much to like in these P3 V70's, on monday night, 1 week into ownership 700 miles covered and finding a lot to like. Sure its not quite the latest in info tainment and refinement but still a solid and comfortable mile muncher.
Got a full size spare im going to fit into the wheel well with a cut out in the storage tray, photos to follow |

Interested to see a photo of the finished job with the cut out in the luggage platform. Looking forward to seeing those pictures.

Thanks, it's more like £80 around my area (Oxford / Warwick), butmay not be possible for me to get to Rotherham. By the way, to verify if the cambelts been done, unclip the belt cover and check the belt, it may have a manufacture date printed on it.
