another 92 240 Torslanda got to go
its on ebay and its got to go...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...STRK:MESELX:IT New MOT / Tax till 31/10/2011 Tidy reliable example. Plenty of life in the old girl yet. Drives well due to recent service when the air mass meter was replaced, the catalyctic convertor, and a week at the hands of the mastertech at North London Volvo. £600 reciept. Been up and down the M'way north and back recently with no problems. Other new bits include water pump, radiator, petrol tank, rear exhaust (only the front pipe looks original). Good tyres, smooth and comfortable, strong and dependable. Blue corded velour interior in good condition, moulded rubbber footwell covers back and front, retractable load cover in rear compartment. White with spoke type alloys. Comprehensive array of receipts (if incomplete). Twin electrics and towbar. Recent Volvo dealer service. Very complete list of advisories some done for MOT yesterday. The car could do with having the underside cleaned and waxoiled. Other negatives are slight surface rust to wheel arches on front wings, and in the engine bay similar small patches on the surface (as opposed to rot taking hold from within) beginning to show. The rear bumper has been repaired after coming off drivers side. A hinge on the glove compartment is broken but does not affect closure. Cracked door pockets in front, one with piece snapped but no affect to functionality. Slight stickiness in the gearbox 1st and 2nd but nothing too troublesome when driving. Its not one of the usual beauties seen here, but good to keep using for a while yet..... |
