Right then Matt (& this WILL cause a "Flurry" of posts I'll bet) you DO NOT NEED a "specific" ABS PUMP ..... As long as you are replacing BOTH THE PUMP & THE ABS ECU (as a FULL UNIT) ANY Volvo ABS Pump/ECU will fit & function CORRECTLY.......... However you MUST get the "Correct" one for your car i.e. if it has STC then you MUST get an STC equipped ABS pump/ECU.

the C70 is WHOLLEY based on the 850 platform & therefore ANY FULL UNIT (ABS PUMP/ECU) will fit & function correctly the C70 IS NOT like the Phase two models where you HAVE to replace Like for like (i.e. the SAME NUMBER ABS PUMP/ECU ect ect)

trust me on this I have replaced BOTH the Pump & ECU of my C70 with a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NUMBER & it works FINE & DANDY!!!

Keith

EDIT Having said all that ^^^^^ you can always go here >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VOLVO-V70R...item41620f59b0

& Buy that one fer £110 Quid!!!!! or buy this >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VOLVO-850-...item43ad1484d3

Which will also fit & Function correctly !!!!

Thanks Keith for your quick answer
Great info
It's not my car and I don't know anything about them...
My friend ask me to try to find that item.

So what I got from net is:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/VOLVO-V70R-2...22093_9472102/
But I'm afraid to buy it.

Second think is this topic:
http://volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=125077
But I can't write PM yet to ask about availability

Edit: I forgot to refresh page
