The seal is a square section O-ring mainly only available from Volvo, or as a volvo part number from another seller. Noone has figured out where to buy them as a standard seal.

Have a look there Tony, i don't have a turbo so can't measure/compare but if you can find something to do the job it might help you and others. Shouldn't be any pressure on an RTT line so as long as it seals easily it doesn't have to be capable of withstanding pressure.

The block does get pressure briefly on the dump, as there is no check valve. But the return pipe presses down a little on the seal with rim. Strangely it leaks like hell if there is any damage to the seal, and being a pain to reassemble it is easy to damage especially if you cut corners and leave it attached to the Turbo, or leave the seal in the hole.

I did think of a rotating oil seal, but the fact that it has to be installed first as a firm friction fit would not be good for assembly and the edge of the pipe could easily damage it. It needs to be on the pipe when you assemble.

In any case they can be gotten from Volvo still, or other Volvo parts traders.

Sorry for the late reply.
Yes she’s running.
Just leaking oil from the hole that you mentioned above. I’ve ordered from yoshifab and waiting shipment. I’ll send an update soon as to what it’s looking like. Hopefully back driving by next weekend I think
