Default S60 D5 High Oil Pressure Problem

Hello !
I have very strange problem with my Volvo S60 . The car is 2013 with D5 D5244 T11 engine . The smaller turbo broke the impeller ( from the hot side ) , at 100k km , which was kind of strange but ok . The DPF was full of oil , probably because of that . So I decided to buy new set of turbos ( both turbos came in one piece ) . We installed them , started the engine , and after 10 mins , the oil started to flow on the ground from the DPF clamp . We decided to remove it ones again and there was oil inside it , ones again . After we check the oil seperator , the feed and the drain tubes of the turbos , I decided to check the pressure of the oil . On cold engine was around 5.5-6 bars of pressure which is a lot in my opinion . The guys that sold me the turbos told me that this turbos can support oil pressure up to 4.5 bars , everything above it is going to make them leak oil from the hot side . Btw when the engine warms up the pressure drops to 2.2 bars , which is kind of high in my opinion . Searched some info in Haynes Pro about the specs , but there were only information for warm engine , above 100 degrese C should be around 1.8 bars . So to the question , does someone has this kind of engine , and it is possible to share what is your oil pressure at cold engine and at around 80 deg C .
Thanks in advance !

Sounds like you have a stuck oil pressure relief valve

Also what oil grade are you using?
If the cold viscosity is too high (the 'x'W number ie 0W, 5W etc) this could cause problems.
Does sound more like pressure relief valve though.

The oil is 5W30 . When I disconnect the relief valve the pressure drops almost negligible , something around 0.2 bars . Still i'm not able to find a source where i can see the oil pressure specifications . When the engine get to normal operating temperature the pressure drops to 2.5-3 bars , but the oil still draining from the hot side ...

The oil for this engine must be 0w-30 A5/B5, but I doubt even if its wrong will have anything to do with the high oil pressure.

As above post, I doubt it makes a difference but that’s the wrong grade.

No 5w30 is ok in these.
It is thicker when cold but not by enough to cause this or any major issues. 0w30 is best though yes.
If someone had put 10w40 or 10w30 in, then we might be onto something, but they've not.

It is not only the grade which is important, but what it contains!
Castrol and few other companies have specially specified oils for Volvo engines only.

Yes, but the additives dont bear relevance here. We are literally talking viscosity and pumpability. There are viscosity index improvers and hths values as related things, but those really come into play when hot, not that they wont influence characteristics when cold, but negligibly if at all.
(Ive been studying engine oil for at least 10 years now btw 😉 )

I was wondering some of you guys , have you ever read or heard about oil pump problems on this engine that can cause this kind of problem ? On VW I have seen it few times . Probably will try first , with new relief valve and after that will continue struggling with the pump
