Black with Sand leather - D5 (163 bhp)
Auto
80k miles
All books, 2 keys
Full service history (Volvo and specialist)
Nav, phone, heated seats, cruise, multifunction steering wheel, roof rails
2 sets of wheels (18" split rim BBS and 16" with winter tyres)

£1,500


just failed MOT

"Nearside Rear Anti-roll bar has excessive play in a pin/bush D bush
Offside Front Suspension arm has excessive play in a ball joint"

Also advisories on some tyres, some brakes and missting on shocks
(can see full detailed list on government MOT checker - reg is ML05 TLK)
Bumper corner has scuff and scratch above door handle on drivers door (no idea how the previous owner did this)
18" wheels need refurb.

I see it is 4C shocks around £350 a pair then fitting .

Might be interested, can you post more pictures of the car and whereabouts are you? It's only got test remaining until tomorrow, so I'd need to decide quickly if I wanted to buy and drive it home.

If it's failed it's last MOT , you could get stopped for using a car in a unsafe condition.

Just book it into your local garage for a MOT then it's ok to drive it on the road if you get stopped you can say on the way to test station good chance they would call to check so garage must be open on the day you are driving it .

No that's incorrect - unless the failure is for something that is clearly an offence, for example an illegal tyre or faulty lights making the car unroadworthy, you can drive it away.

Then again, you'd be committing an offence on the way TO the MOT test as well.
