I do not like turbo's. I love the snap of a properly aspirated engine at any revs.

i an told by the sweds that it is good for 8,000 rpm! But i limit it to 6,000. Look at the curves i have just posted. This was at 1500 miles, now it has done 10,000 it is looser and definitely more power there. Cam timing altered the bhp to the top but made it user un-friendly low down in town. Good for the track though!

That would explain it. The VX was a "sport" cam still designed to pass catalytic convertor emissions tests...but as such, it's still fairly tame. Does make it town-friendly, though.
