Another great meet with 13 cars today,3 new faces/cars,Eddie had another Amazon to keep his company,the new guys came from sunny Norfolk !! Hope to see them and more in November.

Hi Guy's,
I only just noticed this thread, I had been wondering when photo's etc would appear, and didn't notice they had been there all along doh! I just realised from looking at the photo's that my car is 'far' more photogenic than I am, darn it! I can't judge how well supported your meets are on average, but from our first OC meet, we thought it was great, and it wasn't the warmest of days. I have been pondering, I wonder who is the oldest Amazon driver either on the forums/Volvo club or UK in general? I believe Eddie is 82, and he uses his car daily, not just high days and holidays etc so surely he must be a likely candidate? I wonder if Dai (classic swede) would know? Thanks to everyone for making the 'Norwich boy's' welcome, we'll be back! (glowing red eyes). James |

Darn it,
Missed it yesterday, not only was I on my way back from B'ham, but I had 'totally' forgotten about it until this morning, another whole month now until I get to meet up with the Ipswich guy's. James |
