Will get a chance to do so on Saturday, interestingly that 40bhp seems to have reappeared this morning so gut feeling is BCS??

having pulled an actuator apart in the past i would be very suprised if the actuator itself was sticking as there is very little to stick..... also the springs themselves are hardly small.....
the wastegate rod that runs thru the exhaust housing maybe sticking & not closing properly all the time but again i would be suprised if that was the case..... an mbc at that kind of pressure doesnt really prove anything except the turbo is capable of producing 13psi.... i would concentrate on investigating the recuirc valve if you havent done already..... lost boost that way is more or less undetectable & unhearable..... i have a wastegate actuator that belongs to dooby, maybe worth asking him if you can give it a go on your car
