As above, check out the Volvo 480 forum!!

If it where MY 480 turbo....I would do these here mods after fixing & checking all of the usual stuff:

Robou ECU
Audi/VAG dump valve x 2
Extra radiator (small one in one of the coolant lines from the oil cooler)
Colder plugs with smaller gaps

Should be enough for a pretty reliable 170 hp and 250 Nm, or at least that is the rumour I've just started
