Speedo fluctuates when cars not moving
My Speedo fluctuates when cars not moving I've checked the speedo gauge and it's corroded around some of the board is this the problem?

The 1991 & 92 Speedometers are plagued with issues with blown capacitors and all sorts, if the capacitors leak they corrode components too.
