What you will need.

Very fine sandpaper. You'll not need to spend more than 75p on it and they'll be enough to do both bezels easily.

Then all you'll need is

Hycote grey plastic primer

Hycote Black gloss paint

Both the paint and sandpaper set me back £10.75!

I did two sets of bezels with one spray can of gloss black paint.

They really do add a lot to the look of the car. If you don't want to remove your bezels then you can buy two from the sales section as someone is selling them for £15. Once you paint them you can then remove your old ones and put on your new ones. Once that's done you have two more to paint which you can sell for £30-£40 on here.

I'm not going to go down the black bezel route, I have a different idea in mind!!! Watch this space!!!!!!!

Great car by the way Ross, Looking very nice indeed!! Once lowered to the deck on some coil overs, those 16's will fill the arches much nicer!!

Can we also have a youtube clip of the side exit exhaust please, would love to know how it sounds!!

Right another month and we are really getting somewhere. Did the Tunnel run I organised, we were expecting 20 odd cars, we ended up with nearly a hundred lol.

As for the Ovlov I have been doing some more weight loss, inlcuding removing inner bonnet skin, some of the inside of the front bumper, all inner arches and undertrays, and some more interior.

unfortunately i touched some wires together when removing an interior light and it caused my ASR to play up. MRG read this with the fault code reader, at the same time fitting a bonnet cable that i had broken. I left the garage and the throttle stuck open coming to a roundabout! pritty scary!!

After a closer look the mechanic who had fitted my cable had routed it right next to the throttle and it was catching on it. nice and safe then?! Not a great first experiance with a volvo dealer.

Other things include a new grille from FK automotive, second hand GAZ coilovers, sprayed headlight bezzals and resprayed wing mirrors.

Still playing around with settings on the coilovers, What a difference.

More to come next month :-)

Before

After

If thats MRG Chippenham then I have only ever heard good things about them. Bit suprised about your story, did you contact them and what was their response?

Yea it was MRG chippenham. Well thats why i went their, because it has good rep. Could be a one off mistake, but it could have cost my life.

Well i went back in the next day and they didnt have time to look at it that day, so i just had to drive it back home again and get my mate to help me look around it.
