Default How to get DAB+ on 2015 S80?

I've got a 2015 S80 (MY 2016 I believe). A while back the radio station talkRADIO move to DAB+. Is it possible to receive DAB+ radio stations on these one generation older Volvos?

I have the latest software on the car (from the annual service) and the latest navigations software that I install myself when it becomes available.

On my 2015 XC70, whenTalkRadio moved to DAB+, the original preset remained and I can still get TalkRadio but the sound on that channel is significantly lower suggesting an incompatibility with my vehicle.

If you can't get it at all ? ...and like mine your vehicle doesn't have "Ensemble Learn" as a function perhaps a reset (battery disconnect)will force it to retune?

Actually, it's Times Radio that took over the old talkRADIO slot. I read up on the infotainment system last night and there is a DAB full reset function that I'm going to look into.

From what I can gather, my version of the Sensus system fully supports DAB+ so it should be able to receive talkRADIO.

Similar to this?...

I'm going to see if I have the same before I drive to work later. Haven't noticed it when exploring the various menus before.

Default Solved

The solution was staring me in the face!

Previously I was using the tune forward and tune backwards buttons (the ones marked with chevrons << and >> ). This tried to locate the next station manually. This procedure was wrong.

All you have to do is turn the Tune knob (the one on the right of the console) to the left (anti-clockwise) whilst tuned into any DAB station.

You will then see a list of tuned stations and you can select any one of them. talkRADIO was right there in the list so the car maintains the list of all tuneable stations dynamically.
