Our XC60 is going in for the 2020 seatbelt recall work.
Should I be prepared for a sales call while they've got the car offering extras like software updates and are these worth it or any other extras they offer? The car hasn't seen a main dealer for at least 4 years. Thanks ![]()

It’s difficult to know if you’d have any software updates missing, but if it helps, when I had my previous V70 upgraded with Polestar I asked for all software modules to be updated (referred to by the dealer as a ‘total upgrade’) since I’d serviced it myself so knew it’d be missing a few.
I mainly requested that as I wanted the gearbox TCM module updating as the delay from a standing start with the stop/neutral feature was annoying. It cost £80+vat at the time. Gearbox was much more responsive afterwards, didn’t notice anything else change to be honest. Cheers, Stu
