Goes really well mate, so drivable and mega torque low down from as low as 2k. Think the turbo is maxed though. HX35 next year and external wastegate is def in the pipeline.

Bet that's savage, got mine running today (not with your head on tho) needs airfilter now which will be here soon as it's drawing too much air in and maybe a map sensor, the problem was I had 3 faulty crank sensors how poo that was.
Gota start piecing it back together as she's bare lol.

Savage when it boosts up. Torque is awesome. Anyway did some datalogging last night and I was maxing my MAFs airflow at 3krpm. The mafs on the phase 1 seem to only read up to 195g/s (around 255bhp) then the ecu has to guess airflow based on revs and volumetric efficiency which is far from ideal seeing as its guessing from 3-7k. I need my MAF and injector calibration changed but I cant afford another map atm doh so it will have to do for now. The reason my old maf didnt max out was because it was fooked and under reading the actual airflow so never maxing. Thats how I managed to run the VXR injectors without it going rich!!!

This is a copy and paste from another forum and backs up what I'm finding with my car

To my knowledge, the only situation in which the MAF would need to changed would be if you're at the peak level of tuning at your current setup, meaning that you've reached the MAF ceiling (exceeded sensor's voltage limitations) and are now exceeding the limits of tuning with the current sensor. I know that Phase 1 S40's have a lower ceiling (approx 260hp) versus Phase 2 sensors that are good for upwards of 300hp. Not sure as to what differences there may be between 4cyl and 5cyl whiteblock's MAF sensors (mine is a Bosch). You could increase the diameter of the MAF housing and use your oem sensor and effectively raise the ceiling, however, you'll also need to remap your*ECU*to accomodate.

So unless I find a phase 1 maf (as I have phase 2) I'll have to wait either for a piggyback or a remap to clalibrate the maf, so ad you said all the mafs are mapped to each car individually, so it's never just plug and play.......

You MAY get away with plugging your phase 2 maf in and using that. But without a phase 1 maf fuelling, load and timing parameters will be out. You can compensate for fuelling by turning up fuel pressure or slightly larger injectors to bring afrs down. Its not ideal and ill let you be the guinea pig lol

Your piggyback will be able to scale all these parameters and also alter the maf signal so id get that on there. I think this is what I am going to do next as I have no other option now but piggyback.
