I believe that both temp and fuel run from a voltage stabilizer, if that packs up, both gauges do to!
I'm sure there are more on the forum who will know about this.

Red face Voltage Stabiliser

Do you know where I can find this voltage stabiliser? I've recently bought a 480S and the fuel/temp gauge don't work - also heard it might be a relay but the Haines manual doesn't tell which relay is which under the bonnet ! Any help would be appreciated, regards, Nick
