Insurance
Any company recommendations for insurance (1966 P1800S)?
Just received my renewal quote with an unacceptable increase. |

I've used Peter James for some years now. Very satisfied. Got car home from France when wheel bearing collapsed, and paid out very quickly on accident claim ( 2 separate incidents ).

Do you have a contact number for Heritage? There seems to be a few using that name

Hi,
Please feel free to give us a try for insurance if you like. If you wanted to PM me some contact details I'd be happy to arrange for one of my quotes team to give you a call back. Regards, Dan |

Eat your hearts out. I only pay about €60 each for my PV, 144 and 940 which includes recovery to a destination of my choice, hire car when necessary to get me home, and legal costs. I insure through a classic car club

Seems like you didn't claim when you had the fire though as you've been fixing it yourself. Was there an insurance related reason?

I use RH, free breakdown recovery included, no fees for changes or cancellations. Never claimed, but have broken down and been lorried a long way home.
