Thanks for the info. Would you know if there was a software update that might be causing this problem. I'm happy to replace pump. Picking one up tomorrow. Thanks again.

Not sure why you have ordered a new pump when you have had the fault diagnosed yet? It might be the pump.... or one of the sensors.... or the DEM... or the clogged filter? The pump is a simple one and easy to test.

I have just had the AWD error appear with no warning on my 2014 XC60. Looking to understand how much this is going to cost to repair - Has anyone had a resolution to this issue?

I had this come up on my 2014 XC60 D5. I bought the proper Haldex oil. Removed the pump. Cleaned it and refitted, topped up oil.Works perfect now.

I did reset on VIDA. Oil was approx. £44.00. And about 1.5hrs work..(mostly cleaning...)
