Default Anti roll bar bushes and end links

Hi people,

My 2011 xc60 (D3 drive) has developed a knocking in the from suspension when driving over uneven road. Had on a ramp and had a good inspection and I think it's coming from anti roll bar bushes that are held in place on the inside of the chassis with U brackets. Considering the age and mileage that's been covered by the car I was thinking of replacing the anti roll bar bushes and end links for both front and rear. Before starting a job or even buying parts I thought if someone here could give me some advice :
1. can anyone here suggest which replacement parts to go for? should I stick with Volvo OEM or go for the polyurethane replacement?
2. Has anyone tackled this job and have any pointers if I were to do the job myself.

I took it to a garage and they said £280 if nothing went wrong (without parts, which I think is very expensive), the thing is it looks straight forward enough but a manual with pictures would be nice or even some advice from someone who has tackled this job. Thank you

Haynes manual says drop front subframe by 50mm. ive just had this very job done-without dropping but mechanic said it was not an easy thing to do. as for type polybushes give a longer lasting and firmer ride ,but there are many genuine oem suplliers who will send rubber ones- I must admit that the difference having had oem fitted is astounding-but at 141k miles it should be- although I had the old ones returned and although soft they were complete and in one piece, just very polished where antiroll bar sits-as for the links- ihad noises from back of exhaust up to gearbox ,surprising the way noise in wheelarches seems to come from elsewhere-atb cardiomike

So did you get it done and how much did it cost? How come you were quoted so much. This looks like an easy swap... am I missing something?

These posters haven’t been online for a long time, so I wouldn’t be expecting a response from them!
