Must admit i was not expecting to see a Maestro on a Volvo forum!! I still have my Maestro Turbo, running the original 8 valve turbo engine, the last time i ran it at Pod it did a 13.7 @ 103mph so it wasnt exactly slow, does make me laugh when i see people mention about chronic torque steer, usually people that have never driven a proper sorted one that isnt on 20 year old suspension

Do keep this updated, i love Maestro's and i love the T5 engine, much better than the usual T16 turbo conversions which have been done to death over the years.

I remember this project years ago.

Did it progress?

I see it's only going Stoke,

Someone must know the guy?

You'll not see it. Left it looking 'Grandad' stock. Drives it wearing beige tweed and a Homburg.

Look for the National Trust sticker, Saga coach Tours brochure, Disabled sticker, roofrack and towbar.
That'll be him.
