Default Superchip....

For a V70, Superchip will not have needed to open the ECU and change the chip or even mount another on a carrier board, they will have flashed in via the OBD.

Depending on age your car may have either a Bosch Motronic 4.4 ECU or if a later one a Bosch ME7

Sometimes they or one of their dealers will have put a sticker on the ECU, but probably not where they did not need to take it out in the first place.

You could contact them in Buckingham to see if they have any record. Otherwise the only way to check is to connect a good quality boost gauge and compare the reading with the manufacturer's standard setting.

Don.
