The cray twins had their fish fingers in a lot of pies. I suppose we are all incorrect in our fishy puns given that crayfish are in fact crustaceans. I didn't want to be pedantic earlier as everyone was having such fun and it would have seemed shellfish. I hope any surviving Krays don't read all this. Don't want them getting crabby.

Dave NP,
i am from the east end of london. The crays were twins and were known as the cray twins or the cray brothers. They were fishey and did have their fingers in a lot of pies, fish and otherwise. Unless we hold a seance we will have difficulty in sending them anywhere let alone round to the poster of this thread as they are both brown bread.

Nope. They are the Kray twins. Which is why the puns started initially.

Cool

We seem to be getting a bit mixed up here, between the Crays and the Krays, I thought we were talking about Bill and Ben,the jellied eel men, from The Mile End Rd. They were Crays. They did try Jellied moose noses, for a while, but their stall kept getting flattened by Volvo's

Regards,Keith.
