S40 pulley
Hi all hope someone can help need to replace drive belt tensioner pulley on 2001 1.8 s40 will I have to remove motor mount just to replace pully only ....john

do you have the Volvo 1.8 engine or the Mitsubishi 1.8i one?

Hi gatos its the volvo engine ,tried to remove tensioner pulley but can't get bolt out as it hits the frame will indeed to remove mount and what's involved ...thanks ..john

You will need to support the engine and remove the mount. Then raise the engine slightly and the bolt should be clear to remove. See attached pdf
