  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.

Default Luggage/cargo cover removal

Just bought V70 1999. Is the Luggage/Cargo cover removeable, or do i have to unscrew the whole unit??

well if its like my 2003 v70 you just let it go back in then push forward on it and lift it out complete.good luck.

Retract the cover then push one of the end caps towards the other side of the car. If it hasn't been removed for a while it can be quite tight.

As said above, it is a very tight fit. You'll think you're going to break it, but it will come out with a good tug. Just concentrate on getting one side out first, it won't come out if you try to pull it straight

Many Thanks everyone, got it! I was trying to ger the cover out, didn't realise the end caps came out with it. Was tight but got it out at last.
