Oops, I suggest when the Moderators remove spam, they also remove the following genuine post referring to it. David, there was a spam post just after yours which has now been removed, thats why it looks kind of odd.

No D19VDM i was not referring to you. This is entirely the reason why i provided an explanation following the offending threads removal.
The thread was unrelated to the subject and was put there as a spam entry to advertise battery chargers - it also appeared elsewhere on the forum. If you use this forum then you should know that although i am a relatively new member i do my best to help if i can and have a lot of respect for those members who regularly get us all out of those tricky little problems that are a part of being a classic volvo owner. perhaps you should read the thread again and you will see what i mean. |

Apologies
Sorry for misreading the post. I missed the removed post after mine and thought you were referring to me. As was said by Alf ista at the top of this page,
"I suggest when the Moderators remove spam, they also remove the following genuine post referring to it." This would be a good idea and save any confusion in the future. |

The best thing to do with spam is just to report it by clicking on the little warning triangle with the exclamation mark in it that's under each post, as that highlights it to the mods.
