V60 D4 auto help again

Hi everyone so after many adaptation reset and oil change Volvo have mostly stoped my car banging from drive to reverse and told me to monitor it which I'm not 100% happy about but hayho. Only thing which they said is normal which I want advice on is when I come to a roundabout slowing down and set off not fully stopped still rolling press the accelerator it set of but drops a gear which in my eyes is pointless which then makes it like I can't choose the right gear. Doesn't do this every time anybody else's do this. It's not just roundabouts it's general stopping and setting off but not coming to a complete stop. It's almost like it decides its in to higher gear to set of drops but then that jerks the car if that makes sense

My V90 D4 auto is exactly the same. It's the only mechanical fault I've had to have looked at in 2.5 years. I had a software update but no real change. It makes me hesitate when approaching a roundabout.

Strange isn't it.. I'd like to no why it dies it though.
