Default V70 wheel bearing recall?

I admit this is a duplicate of a thread started in <07 V70 part of the forum; reason for posting it here is I'm not sure if the comment below actually relates to my model of Volvo.

My 2011 D3 V70 has just been in the garage for a front o/s wheel bearing replacement. Upon collecting it I had an odd comment from the mechanic. Along the lines of:

"There has been a recall on these hubs to modify them as the interference fit bearing can become loose. Volvo have a specialist tool for the remedy. Listen out for noises from your brakes as an indication you are suffering from the issue."

So I've popped my VIN into Volvo recall checker, with no clues provided. The internet also provides no clues.

Does anyone know the basis of the mechanics comments?
