Default Self levelling headlights

Hi
I noticed last night travelling at night dual carriageway about 70mph that the headlights were self leveling up & down not all the time but still didn't seem right.
Is this normal? I notice it does it when you start up but on a dual carriageway at 70?
Any ideas please? And how can I stop it?
Thank you.

I had it on mine following an engine swap and posted here:-

A few suggestions here, mine turned out to be bent brackets holding the levelling sensor caused when they changed the engine.
