New formula.

Bought myself some of this on ebay. Got a 1ltr bottle with a free cloth for just £11.69. You can buy yours here on ebay

Honest john article - http://www.honestjohn.co.uk/news/par...m-super-resin/

Autoglym has today launched an all-new formulation of Super Resin Polish, the UK's most popular car polish. In development for more than two years, the new product raises the bar for retail car polishes, significantly out-performing all known rivals.

Personally a big fan of AG products and can't fault them. Their resin polish is superb so can't wait to try out the new formula

I used to buy mine in bulk, its called AG radiant wax polish 12, it comes in 5 litre cans, exactly the same as SRP but sold as a trade size and works out much cheaper, I found its a great all-round wax/polish, its superb for bringing up a mildly oxidised car and waxing it at the same time saving time, I love the stuff

Apparently this newer polish is a bit different, well according to one of the guys on Autoglyms facebook.

scr8pdo what do you think of the HD WAX? I used it in summer 2011 and was very impressed by it. The clay kit is also a must have

TBH, I have only used it once, and yeah I was impressed with it, also I went to a show years back and they were promoting Aqua wax before it had been officially released, the demo looked very impressive by the rep, he started waxing a damp bonnet and there were no smears or white residue, I instantly bought some as I was well impressed but I couldnt achieve the same result myself with such ease, it took a lot more work.

For most of the cars I would polish, they were for sale and I needed a polish that would look quite good but cut the time down, they were not show cars so didnt need to be like mirrors, but nice, clean and shiney, I used to T-Cut a car then use wax to give it a nice shine, but I found SRP was a great compromise as it cut the paint slightly and left a lovely finish, excellent, just what I needed, so thats when I bought it trade

Interesting, I might use this as a bench mark to compare the Turtle Wax car wax and extra gloss I've been using. Washed and waxed it at weekend so can see how long it last.

Just for clarity have you washed the car since, with what and when? Also roughly how many miles do you think you have covered in that time period?
