The rear radius arm bushes seem to last about 70k, so it could be them squeaking (was on mine at around the 70k mark) as yours is on 143k probably been done once and now it's time again ? 4 wheel alignment will be needed after fitting if it is them

Well I think I've made myself look like a bit of an arse. The "squeaking" was actually the rear load cover. When I test drove it the cover was pulled back and it only started when I pulled over rear compartment.

Don't assume anything re the belts. If they go you cold end up with 1 1\2 tons of scrap !
Any Volvo dealer should be able to check on their system if they have been changed by Volvo.
