Park Assist

Hi, I just bought a new S60, and the park assist feature randomly fails to emit that single beep when engaging reverse gear. This is slightly disconcerting as I very quickly came to depend on it when reversing a long car such as the S60. It doesn't happen that often, and I can discern no pattern to it at all. The radar seems to work regardless. My dealer has replaced the control unit but this had not made the slightest difference. Anyone else seen this behaviour? Thanks.

Had a similar problem on my S80 and it took three visists before th problem was rectify. I was told that the software was not compatible and I had to wait for updated software.
