Default B16a fuel pump diaphragm needed

I need a fuel pump diaphragm with pull rod for my B16a engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Todd Wentworth

Volvo part #276223 for a diapragm kit.

Although your pump probably has a manual lever underneath, the similar glass topped AC pump used on the early B18 uses the same internals so you can use a kit for one of those, it's the same part number.
Try any of the US classic Volvo suppliers (post back if you don't know any) or quote the part number to a Volvo main dealer.
Good luck.

Derek,

Thank you for your kind and timely reply.

Actually, I own a 1961 Hydrodyne Boat with a BB70 engine (the marine version of the B16a). So, I have the old glass bowl type fuel pump.

I do not know any US suppliers for the rebuild kit, so I would appreciate your help in locating some.

Kind regards,

Todd Wentworth

If you are looking for a total rebuild of the beast, then there is another source of stuff. See:http://www.su-filters.com/fuelkits.html

The guy who runs that site is great to deal with.

Good luck.
