Thanks for reply Volvoz2000. If you think its useless mod what do you recommend. I have 18 month old Sachs clutch and it can't handle any more than the Inc let alone the 15g I want fitted.

I am using the td clutch setup on my 240 turbo that's running about 240 bhp and I use it for towing 2.5 tonnes with regular and is working fine for me the car is running 15psi of boost on a t3 turbo

flywheel, clutch
It has to be the TTV flywheel and an 850R clutch. The TDI setup is squidgy and horrible. You can squeeze 250hp from a 13c turbo on a DMF with standard clutch and it will drive fine. T3s can be a bit laggy which results in quite a sudden boost spike. If you have been drifting it and driving it "badly" then you may just have worn the clutch out or overheated the cover (A tdi setup will not solve this problem as the same will happen). I tried the TDI job and took it out a couple of weeks later as it wasn't to my liking. The TDI clutches are also lots of money, and potentially a mistake if you dislike it. The TTV solution is the only good one in my opinion.
£60 +P&P if you really want a dogdish
