General: - Roof Bars

Can anyone recommend a set of roof bars to mount a roof box on? I have the factory rails installed. I did price some up years ago for my S80 and found the genuine Volvo ones cheaper than the aftermarket Thule ones. Any advice gladly received

The OEM Volvo bars? Come up for sale here where I found mine, or places like eBay?

Alternatively have used Thule bars on other cars - but prefer the OEM bars.

I have the Thule wing bars that fit between the rails, rather than over them.
Same as genuine Volvo ones (which are made by Thule) and they take the very neat T fitting.
Used them throughout Europe and they are super quiet.
They also fit some other cars, including a panda 4x4.
Thule bars come in three lengths, and the Volvo set is unequal length.
Think it is medium at the front and small at the rear.
If you go to the Thule website and check the fitment chart it will say which other cars they fit so give you more options on eBay.
