Good Specialists in Leeds/surroundings

I'm after getting my 72k service done on my S40. It's the dreaded cambelt change so it's going to be a bit expensive I think.

I've rung P&R cars who quoted £262 for the service, and £312 for the cambelt change. I also asked Grove Lane Garage who quoted £446, but I've been told to be wary as their Volvo specialist (Brian Nettleton) isn't there any more.

Are there any other places I could try. I'm new to the area, but am willing to take it somewhere a bit farther out.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try Mount at Halifax: 01422 361961

They are ex Volvo main dealers, only disenfranchised because of the nearness of Bfd and Leeds Main dealers (Lex) (who dissappeared themselves in due course as they were out gunned by the Indies!)
They have supplied and maintained my last 2 new Volvos with courtesy and thoroughness since 1983

Have you got a phone number?

There appears to be a listing in the independents guide on this site, but it's listed as 365 Canal Road, Bradford with 01274 309875. Is this right?

Even though I live in Bradford, I use Roger Newhouse in Skipton.
Pretty good train links from Leeds and Bradford.

They seem pretty capable and are usually pretty busy.
When the rear main seal on my 850 started leaking after they had replaced it, it was changed with no quibble even though it takes hours of labour to get at.

hi mate i live in leeds in fact 2 miles from u i use leeds auto cere on esay road east end park there pritty good and chaeper than p&r but they do take there time always buisy ?? good look &happy new year
