I recently bought a very nice Volvo V70 D3 from 2016. I am very pleased so far but I got a annoying sound from the steering wheel when I turn it. It only seem to happen when its "cold" outside. 15 degrees celsius and below. I will post a video with the noise so you can hear it. I have had it looked at by Volvo mechanics 3 times but they cant seem to fix it. Anyone who can guess what it is?
