Default 760 turbo

Hi, can anyone help me with a realy anoying problem, my 760 turbo cuts out for a split second when accelerating, it feels like the rev limiter has cut in, usualy at around 3,000 revs. I've checked all the conections on the cdi's and relays and they all seem fine. the car has done 190,000 miles and the engine and turbo seem in good condition.

Cheers, john h

Avery common problem on the 700 and 900 turbus is a particular hose. look for the large hose coming off the turbo and leading to the intercooler. mid way along that hose the is a stub with another smaller diameter hose coming of it . poke and feel around the area of the stub and moroften you will find a hole at the base of it. it can cause a flat spot on hard acceleration as the boosted air just escapes.
