Default 760 Turbo, boost pressure loss

I removed the exhaust manifold on my car while cleaning and tracing an oil leak. When it was reinstalled, the boost pressure gauge goes less than halfway into the yellow than it used to, giving a significant loss of power. The pipe feeding the bypass solenoid was split at one end, so I cut the pipe and reterminated it. Also, while trying to fit the turbo oil drain pipe, I removed the bypass solenoid and refitted it. The adjustment didn't move durng the operation.
Is anyone able to tell me how to regain my original boost pressure, and what possibly has happened?

Regards
Colin
